Creamy Salad Dressing


This dressing is such a blessing when you are on a whole food plant-based diet and lifestyle. Great for anyone who is avoiding oil and sugar is always after whole food ingredients. Fits perfectly for any kind of salad or even for a side dish if you like. It’s very versatile and super creamy

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unflavoured plant-based milk

1/2 cup soaked cashews

2 soaked dates (for sweetness)

½ cup oats

1 tbsp onion powder

⅓ tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

A dash of salt (or none if you are looking for a salt-free dressing)


INSTRUCTIONS

STEP #1:

Add the unflavoured plant-based milk cup to the blender followed by all the other ingredients

STEP 2:

Blend 1 cycle blend of 45 seconds. If you like it super, super creamy, you can give it a few pulse blends or even another blend cycle

Enjoy it over your favorite salad or why now, over some steamed veggies or potatoes.
