We have two separate refund policies below. Our Standard Warranty covers all products except for Supplement Blends, while we also have a Supplement Blends Refund Policy to cover these related purchases.
The Standard Warranty lasts 12 months from the date of purchase and comes as part of each individual product. It comes also by default with a 30 days return window.

Important: We may not be able to accept your return for a refund if you are out of our 30 or 90-day trial period (depending on your policy), regardless of the condition of your items. We believe 30-days (90-days, depending on your policy) to be a very fair amount of time to try our products and decide whether or not they work for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (with the tracking number provided by you) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned order to be reviewed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@blendaco.com.au
Order Cancelation
If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed the order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment centre. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However, if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.
Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Supplement Blends Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Supplement Blends Refund Policy, however: if the product(s) is not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange them with a replacement product of the same value.
The return form must be completed within 14 days of receiving the order, and the product must be returned within the following 4 weeks.
You can return your unopened product for store credit, exchange it for a different product of equal value, or receive a refund to the original payment method.
Please take a photo and contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). To make your claim please send us the following information:
- Name
- Product details
- Proof of purchase (including order number)
- Details of the issue with the product
Blendaco Australia will not begin to process a refund or exchange until the returned goods are received. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under relevant laws relating to the products, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
Price Matching
We don’t have a price matching policy, therefore we don’t price match any products of any other brand/company or even internal past or future sale campaigns.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless already own the Lifetime Warranty) for returning your item.
Your Blendaco products are warranted to be free of workmanship or material defects when used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
If your product is found to be defective, after we've received and examined it, we will provide a part or product replacement with an identical or similar item for the lifetime of the product warranty.
This warranty is limited to the original consumer upon presentation of the dated proof of purchase receipt. Coverage is not transferable.

Damage from ordinary wear and tears, such as scratches, dents, stains, or discolouration to all surfaces or other damage that does not impair the function of the products.
Damage due to improper handling, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow the manufacturer's provided with use and care instructions.
