My product arrived damaged/defective, what do I do?

Can I charge my portable blender with any USB port?
Yes, you can charge your Blendaco Portable Blender using any USB port.

How do I clean my Blendaco Portable Blender?
This is one of our favourite parts as it is practically self-cleaning! To clean your Blendaco Portable Blender, simply squirt 1-2 drops of dish washing liquid, fill half way with water and blend. Rinse and repeat until clean!

Please Note: The base of the Blendaco Portable Blender withholds electrical components, so be sure to avoid water from getting into the base.

Can I store my Blendaco Portable Blender in the fridge?
The jar is safe to store in the fridge. The base itself should not be placed in a fridge due to electrical components.

Can I put my Blendaco Portable Blender in the dishwasher?
The base of the portable blender withholds electrical components and should not be placed in a dishwasher.
The jar and lids are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned using a dishwasher.
Please refer to the instruction manual for cleaning methods.

How many ml does the Blendaco Portable Blender hold?

How long does the battery last?
You can make up to 20 blends before it will run out of battery, but we recommend to charge it regularly for powerful blends.

Is the Blendaco Portable Blender BPA-Free?
Yes, all of our products are manufactured with 100% BPA-free materials, and manufactured within Australian Product Safety and Compliance Standards.

Can I use hot liquids in the Blendaco Portable Blender?
Yes, our jars are made from high borosilicate glass which is a stronger, thicker type of glass that is resistant to rapid temperature changes! Enjoy hot coffees & iced coffees, the choice is yours!
