Perfect Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast Smoothies are an easy way to enjoy a healthy breakfast on busy mornings.

You can sip on a smoothie as you get ready for work or get the kids ready for school.


¾ Cup Unsweetened almond milk

1/2 Cup Fresh strawberries

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries

1 Kiwi fruit


Place all of the ingredients in Blendaco portable blender in the order listed: almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and chia seeds.

Blend until smooth.

Serve this tasty smoothie directly from the Blendaco jar or pour it into a glass!

    A recipe to be recommended is milk of choice and ice cream then coaco and vanilla then grated carrot. A nice healthy meal . Must try !
