As another busy festive season approaches and given the huge challenges with local shipping during the pandemic, our recommendation this year is to order your gifts out as early as you can. Give your parcels the best chance of arriving in time, and avoid these troubles that are beyond all of our control.
We feel it’s prudent to give you carrier contact details for following up on your package. Keep in mind that once your parcel leaves our warehouse the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery and we have no additional visibility into your package beyond the tracking information shared with you. Contacting the correct entity will save you time and frustration when tracking your package down during this busy time of year.
