PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Portable Blender Package” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on or about November 01, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. GMT+11 time and ends on November 23, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the “Promotion Period”).  At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select one (1) winners of the prize. 

Entry in the Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest.  By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Smart Hub Pty Ltd, PO BOX 1430, CRONULLA, NSW, AUSTRALIA, ABN: 47 619 391 678 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Winners will be notified after the competition closing date.

HOW TO ENTER:  

Online Method of Entry:  To enter online, visit the web site https://blendaco.com.au/pages/giveaway-blendaco (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period, follow the instructions to complete the entry form with the information requested.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Promotion Period, the winner will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.  The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, using randomisation methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  A potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail using the contact information given at the time of entry.  Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. 

Time is of the essence in awarding each prize.  If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.  If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to one (1) potential winner(s) of an applicable prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of such applicable prize after such attempts have been made, if any, such prize may go unawarded.

PRIZES/ODDS: There are three ( 3 ) prizes available.  The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winners will receive 1 x Portable Blender Package valued at $119.9 each.

Each prize consists of 1 x Blendaco Portable Blender Package. ( including Portable blender, Jar & Lid Set, Straw ) valued at $119.9 each package. 

Total approximate value: $359.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours.

If a winning Eligible Entrant does not respond to the Sponsor’s notification within seven (7) days, an alternative winner will be selected and contacted in the same process at that time and date. The Sponsor takes no responsibility for a winning Eligible Entrant failing or neglecting to respond during the designated timeframe and consequently forfeits the Prize.

GENERAL: The Sponsor may require an Eligible Entrant to provide proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Sponsor’s discretion. A prize will only be awarded following all verification requirements of the Sponsor being met to its satisfaction.

Prizes will be sent to the respective winners within four (4) weeks of providing their contact details and proof of age to the Sponsor.

The sponsor accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes from the time of creating the Promotion or Promotional materials.

Prizes, or components of prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. The Sponsor’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: All information entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of conducting this Promotion.

The Sponsor’s treatment and storage of personal information will be handled in accordance with all applicable laws in Australia.

There is no association or endorsement or sponsorship arrangement between the sponsor and Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.
